    WUE is the Western Undergraduate Exchange, a program of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WUE, students in western states may enroll in many two-year and four-year college programs at a reduced tuition level: 150 percent of the institution's regular resident tuition. WUE tuition is considerably less than nonresident tuition.

    The Pepsi-Cola Company has selected Plains High School as one of the few schools in the country to receive the Tuition Funding Sources Program and access to TuitionFundingSources.com during the 2006-2007 school year.  
    Pepsi has paid all access fees so that students at PHS can register and login to the TFS website free of charge.  This private website contains the world's largest scholarship database - at least five to ten times larger than any other source of scholarship information along with coolege and career information.
    Unlike other scholarship search websites, the TFS website does not collect student's names and other personal information for resale making it the only safe place to search for scholarships on the intenet.  And there is no advertising - not even for Pepsi-Cola products - even though Pepsi pays for the program.
